The Objective

Bring in and record the transactions of 100 new customers to Big Olaf Creamery in Siesta Key, FL.

The Result

A complete takeover of the ice cream shop’s social media branding, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as in-store efficiency fixes like passable flavor menus to decrease the average person’s wait in line and time spent ordering, and a “How To Order” poster to help guide customers through the cone-flavor-topping process.

In addition, we made 300 sample spoon coupons, good for 1 free ice cream topping, and handed them out for trackable and attainable ROI: 100 new customers, indeed!
